Jiffy Corn Casserole
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can creamed style corn
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. sugar
8 oz. sour cream
small box of Jiffy Corn Meal Muffin Mix

Mix all together, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I like to top this with sour cream and salsa.
