| Chicken Tortilla Soup for the Crock Pot |
| 4 chicken breasts |
| 1 garlic clove, minced |
| 2 TBS margarine (or olive oil) |
| 2 14.5 oz cans chicken broth |
| 2. 14.5 oz cans chopped stewed tomatoes |
| 1 cup salsa |
| 1/2 cup chopped cilantro |
| 1 TBS+ cumin |
| Shredded cheese |
| Sour cream |
| Chips |
Put chicken in crock pot and cook it (you can even throw them in frozen), and then shred when they're cooked (I just do this by taking a big fork, stabbing and turning. The chicken is pretty tender at this point). Add in butter (or olive oil) and garlic. Put everything else in except cheese, sour cream and chips. Cook until hot. Serve and top with cheese, sour cream, chips.
